A 2016 research discovery,  uncovering the average net worth of a Caucasian family was $171,000,  this was nearly ten times greater than  African American families with a mere net worth of $17,150.

 

The Association of Black Women Real Estate Investors (ABWREI) was conceptualized on July 09, 2019, with a simple mission of closing disparity rates for all people.    One Voice, One Vision speaks to the cornerstones of  ABWREI: cooperative economics, expansion, membership,  professional development, and connection to the community.

In 2020  membership grew to over 450 women across the globe.  Today, membership development is the top priority.  Our success relies not upon merely quantitative but measurable action driven by qualitative results.  Membership is reflective of our Association’s ability to reach our five strategic goals for positive global impact.
